Marion has over 20 years' experience in various fields including oil refining, petrochemicals and metallurgical projects and food processing.

As process director, Marion is involved in all aspects of mineral, hydrocarbon and chemicals processing from conceptual studies through to detailed plant design, commissioning and process performance testing.

Recent involvement has been in process design for a number of refineries, both in South Africa and in the Sub-Saharan region. Work has included conceptual designs, cost estimates and process options evaluations.

She has previously worked as a process engineer for projects in the food, metallurgical and environmental industries and is presently managing several conceptual design studies for Sasol, Secunda as well as managing a revamp project for a copper mine in Zambia.
