Gavin has over 20 years' experience in the minerals processing, chemical and refinery industries. He has held a number of directorships for both private and JSE listed companies.

Previously he spent a period of ten years with LTA Process Engineering Limited in various senior and director positions including Business Development, Project Management and Process Engineering.

His experience covers a wide range of commodities such as platinum, nickel, copper, cobalt, as well as solvents/hydrocarbon storage. Developed skills include project risk assessment, capital cost analyses and project management consultancy.
